Col. Robert R. Ulin, U.S. Army, Ret.
Bob is a cofounder of the CGSC Foundation and is its first Chief Executive Officer. He also serves as the Secretary of the Foundation. Bob is a CGSC and Army War College graduate and has an extensive background with the Army, the private sector and non-profit organizations.

Ted Strickler is the Executive Director of the Col. Arthur D. Simons Center for the Study of Interagency Cooperation, a major program of the CGSC Foundation.

Maria Koreckij, Director of Finance & Administration

Chief Administrative Officer & In-House Counsel

Maria Koreckij, J.D., LL.M.
Maria is responsible for the daily financial and administrative matters of the Foundation. She is the project manager for the 5 Star General Commemorative Coin Bill that was signed into law by President Obama. Maria is an attorney with a Master’s Degree in Accounting.

Ann Soby, Business Manager

Director of Operations

Ann Soby
Ann is responsible for the daily operations of the CGSC Foundation office and the coordination of Foundation events.  A spouse of a retired Army officer, Ann has an extensive background working with Soldiers and their families.

Mark H. Wiggins, Director of Communications

Lt. Col. Mark H. Wiggins, U.S. Army, Ret.
Mark performs the duties of foundation Director of Communications on a contractual basis from MHW Public Relations & Communications. Mark is a CGSC graduate and has an extensive background in public relations and strategic communications with the Army and the private sector.

Jennifer Ayre, Program Assistant

Marketing Manager

Jennifer Ayre
Jennifer manages communications projects and activities and assists in the daily operations of the CGSC Foundation operations. She holds a B.A. in public relations and marketing. Jennifer is a military spouse and volunteered with many programs around Fort Leavenworth before coming to work at the CGSC Foundation.

5-Star Generals Commemorative Coin project underway

The CGSC Foundation is currently working with the U.S. Mint on designs for the 5-Star Generals Commemorative Coins. Designs will be reviewed and approved later this year.

Simons Center Progress Report 2011 available

This report notes the progress we have made in just two years with the Colonel Arthur D. Simons Center for the Study of Interagency Cooperation. At this writing, the Simons Center, a program of the CGSC Foundation, has made remarkable progress.– The Simons Center was created to support scholarship within the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and to foster interagency cooperation.
