Board Members get opportunity to shoot antique weapons
Thursday, March 22nd, 2012On March 14, many of the Foundation board members spent the afternoon at Fort Leavenworth’s Kinder Range for an “Antique Weapons Shoot” hosted by the CGSC Department of Military History, Fort Leavenworth Frontier Army Museum and the CGSC Foundation.
5-Star Generals Commemorative Coin project underway

Simons Center Progress Report 2011 available

At this writing, the Simons Center, a program of the CGSC Foundation, has made remarkable progress.– The Simons Center was created to support scholarship within the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and to foster interagency cooperation.
2011 Ethics Symposium kicks off with inauguration of Gen. Hugh Shelton Chair in Ethics

Foundation Trustee David Beaham dies

I have just been informed this afternoon of the passing of David Beaham, President of Faultless Starch Bon Ami, Kansas City, an original founding trustee of the CGSC Foundation and a great friend of CGSC. David passed this morning from a heart attack.
Foundation Chairman, Lt. Gen. Arter, makes tandem parachute jump
Wednesday, September 7th, 2011Lt. Gen. Robert Arter, U.S. Army Ret., the 81-year-old Chairman of the Command and General Staff College Foundation, Inc., and the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for the state of Kansas, made a tandem jump onto the golf course at Fort Leavenworth as the kickoff for the CGSC Foundation’s First Annual Golf Tournament at 10 a.m., Sept. 6.
Homeland Security Symposium Report published
