Rep. Boswell (D-IA) presents Foundation Coin Bill on House floor 

Washington, D.C. (June 16, 2009) Rep. Leonard Boswell (D-IA) is working to get H.R. 1177, The Five Star Commemorative Coin Act, passed in the House of Representatives this year.
