David passed this morning from a heart attack.

(Oct 15, 2010) After nearly two years of research, letter writing campaigns, visits to Congress and phone calls, the Command and General Staff College Foundation has finally succeeded in shepherding the “5-Star General Commemorative Coin Act” through the House and the Senate with the requisite number of cosponsors.
