Studdard Moving and Storage located in Leavenworth, Kansas, is selected as the CGSC Foundation Corporate Partner for April 2016.

Studdard has been a great friend of the Foundation and the military community for years.

“In 2014, we had a large collection of children’s books we were donating to the post library,” said Foundation CEO Doug Tystad. “John Campbell, Studdard’s president, stepped up and provided us with shipping and storage of this huge semi trailer of books. More recently the company donated to the Foundation’s general fund to support our operations priorities…and we truly appreciate their generosity.”

According to Foundation Director of Development Joan Cabell, Studdard has also been instrumental in helping the Foundation network and reach new audiences.

“I can’t thank Matt Thrasher (Studdard’s Director of Brand and Business Development) enough for introducing us to an entirely new group of business people in the Kansas City area,” Cabell said. “They introduced us to the Accelerent group in Kansas City and we had the opportunity to lead a group of them on a tour of the College and the Lewis and Clark Center last summer. That visit was the beginning of our relationship and membership in Accelerent-Kansas City and is helping us become a more well-known part of the greater Kansas City business community.”

The CGSC Foundation is proud to spotlight Studdard Moving and Storage for their support of the Foundation and their community.

Studdard Moving and Storage, part of Studdard Relocation Services headquartered in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, is a full-service family owned company that has been in the moving business since 1931.
