Chief Executive Officer Col. Robert R. Ulin, U.S. Army, Ret. Bob is a cofounder of the CGSC Foundation and is its first Chief Executive Officer. He also serves as the Secretary of the Foundation. Bob is a CGSC and Army War College graduate and has an extensive background with the Army, the private sector and non-profit organizations.

Chief Operating Officer Lt. Col. Tom Meier, U.S. Army, Ret. Tom is the Chief Operating Officer of the CGSC Foundation. A graduate of CGSC and Joint Military Intelligence College (now DIC), Tom has an extensive background with the Army and the joint service environment. |

Business Manager Ann Soby Ann is responsible for the daily operations of the CGSC Foundation office and the coordination of Foundation events. A spouse of a retired Army officer, Ann has an extensive background working with Soldiers and their families. |

Director of Communications Mark performs the duties of foundation Director of Communications on a contractual basis from MHW Public Relations & Communications. Mark is a CGSC graduate and has an extensive background in public relations and strategic communications with the Army and the private sector. |
