About Me
Stephenie Cole assumed role of CGSC Foundation director of operations April 14, 2025, bringing a diverse background in military protocol, family readiness, and operational coordination. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served as a protocol officer for the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, where she managed official functions and supported senior military leadership in high-profile engagements.
A devoted military spouse for 22 years, Stephenie has been deeply embedded in the military community, supporting service members and families across a range of assignments. She is the proud mother of two daughters and has firsthand experience navigating the demands of military life both stateside and abroad. While stationed overseas, she served as a TRICARE Overseas Program beneficiary floater, assisting families with critical healthcare access, and as a readiness coordinator for the Grafenwoehr Dental Clinic, where she ensured unit and family preparedness through strategic support and outreach.
Stephenie’s unique combination of operational expertise and heartfelt advocacy for military families fuels her work at the CGSC Foundation. She is committed to supporting the Foundation’s mission to enrich the educational experience of students at the Command and General Staff College and to honor the service and sacrifices of military families.
