The NSRT program is hosted by the Commandant and Deputy Commandant of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) and sponsored by the CGSC Foundation with corporate sponsorship from the Breidenthal-Snyder Foundation.

The NSRT program helps foster a better understanding of the Army and the College, develop a greater appreciation for the competences of the students and faculty, and highlight the role that Fort Leavenworth and the College play in the education of the Army, other services and the international community.
