An Executive Leader Summit
Thursday, Sept. 6, 12 – 5 p.m.

How does the military develop great leaders? Is there anything in military leader development I can model in my business?

Please join us in our first Executive Leader Summit on Sept. 6 and hear keynote speaker Brigadier General Scott L. Efflandt share his thoughts on leader selection, development and continuing education. After the general’s remarks, the School for Command Preparation will discuss how the military invests in executive leaders by preparing them to assume their roles. The session will conclude with roundtable conversations between military and civilian attendees about the investment in developing leaders. After the roundtable discussions, attendees will visit the Frontier Army Museum for a VIP reception and tour.

It will be an afternoon filled with leadership knowledge from those who live it, fascinating military history, and the opportunity to learn about and handle antique weapons.
