Former commander U.S. Africa Command, current AUSA president to speak to CGSC Aug. 29

Gen. (Ret.) Carter F. Ham, the former commander of U.S. Africa Command and current president/CEO of the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) will speak to CGSC students and faculty at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 29 in the Eisenhower Auditorium of the Lewis and Clark Center on Fort Leavenworth.

Carter’s lecture is the kick off for the leadership instruction that the students will be going through during the coming year. His remarks will be focused on “Stewarding the Profession of Arms.”
