InterAgency Journal 10-1

The first issue of the InterAgency Journal for 2019 includes a diverse selection of articles and topics ranging from an article on the impact of Japan’s security strategy on U.S. national security to another article which addresses the impact of American and Chinese economic competition in Sub-Saharan Africa…and much more.
