Rich Holden (left in the photo), the Northrop Grumman Technical Services Program Manager for Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth programs, presented two sponsorship checks to Doug Tystad, CGSC Foundation CEO, at the Northrop offices in Leavenworth, Kan., on Nov. 22.
The donation from Northrop Grumman Corporation, the second largest private employer in Leavenworth County, will provide much need co-sponsorship for the CGSC Foundation’s Women’s Conference in April 2015 and for all the Foundation’s Soldier and Family programs in 2015.
Overall, Northrop Grumman Corporation provided up to $35,000 in philanthropic support to the Leavenworth/Lansing/Fort Leavenworth communities, the majority in funding for STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) to the Fort Leavenworth School District.
Thank you Northrop Grumman from the CGSC Foundation leadership, staff and trustees for your support to building leaders of character and competence for the nation.
