The public is invited to the next lecture in the Vietnam War Commemoration Lecture Series scheduled for May 4 at 6 p.m. in the Riverfront Community Center (123 S Esplanade St.) in downtown Leavenworth, Kansas. A reception hosted by the CGSC Foundation will begin at 5:30 p.m.
In this seventh lecture of the series, Lt. Col. (Ret.) Rich Kiper, Ph.D., will present “Special Forces in Vietnam.”
The Vietnam War Commemoration Lecture Series is presented by CGSC’s General of the Army George C. Marshall Chair of Military History, the Department of Military History, U.S. Army Garrison Fort Leavenworth and supported by the CGSC Foundation and the Henry Leavenworth Chapter of AUSA. – All lectures in this series are open to the public.
