Annual board meeting sets tone for remainder of 2015
The CGSC Foundation Board of Trustees conducted their annual meeting March 24-25, 2015.The first evening at the Lewis and Clark Center was focused on committee meetings and a reception with CGSC students, faculty and staff. A highlight of the evening was a dinner with special recognition given to Trustee Emeritus Willard Snyder who was recognized for his 10 years of service from 2005-2015 as the Foundation’s first General Counsel. Snyder received a Foundation chair as a gift for his service. Additionally, the director of CGSC’s Department of Military History, Dr. Jim Willbanks, provided the group with a presentation on the 50th Anniversary of Vietnam.

The second day of the meeting was conducted at the Frontier Conference Center. In addition to Foundation business, trustees were provided a special presentation on the new “Army University” concept by CGSC Commandant Lt. Gen. Robert B. Brown.
