Roderick M. Cox, President/CEO, CGSC Foundation, Inc.

Chief Executive Officer:

Col. Roderick M. Cox, U.S. Army, Ret.

Rod assumed duties as the President & CEO of the Foundation on Dec. 14, 2018. He previously served as the program director of the Foundation’s Simons Center since March 2016. Rod served in the Army for more than 32 years as an artilleryman, foreign area officer, professor and historian, retiring in August 2013. After his Army career he served as a district director for the U.S. Small Business Administration and also served on the Greater Kansas City Federal Executive Board fostering interagency cooperation and focusing on veterans in government service issues. Director of Operations:

Lora Morgan

Lora is responsible for the daily operations of the CGSC Foundation office and the coordination of Foundation events.  The spouse of an Army officer, Lora has extensive experience in event planning, coordinating and office management.

Bob Ulin, Founding CEO

Chief Development Officer:

Col. Bob Ulin, U.S. Army, Ret.

Bob is the founding CEO of the CGSC Foundation and has returned to the Foundation in a consulting role as the Chief Development Officer responsible for strategic development planning. Since retiring from the Army in 1992 after 30 years of service, including combat tours in Vietnam and serving on the faculty of both the U.S. Army War College and the Command and General Staff College, Bob has worked in the private sector in both for-profit and nonprofit leadership roles.

Elizabeth Ditsch

Program Assistant and Managing Editor:

Elizabeth Ditsch

In addition to being the Program Assistant for the Foundation’s Simons Center, Elizabeth also serves as the Managing Editor for the CGSC Foundation Press overseeing the editing and layout of publications.  She also assists the Director of Operations with Foundation programs and assists the Chief Development Officer with the management of the donor database. The longest serving Foundation employee, Elizabeth has extensive editing and publication experience.

Paige Cox

Assistant Operations Officer:

Paige Cox

Paige is responsible for the Foundation’s social media program, manages the Gift Shop, assists the Director of Operations with all Foundation programs, assists the Chief Development Officer with fundraising activities and the management of the donor database, and serves as a contributing editor on CGSC Foundation Press publications.  A recent graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia School of Journalism, she has experience in editing and publication and with philanthropic organizations.

Mark H. Wiggins, Director of Communications

Communications Consultant:

Lt. Col. Mark H. Wiggins, U.S. Army, Ret.

Mark performs the duties of foundation Director of Communications on a contractual basis from MHW Public Relations & Communications. Mark is a CGSC graduate and has an extensive background in public relations and strategic communications with the Army and the private sector.
