Partner Spotlight – Frontier Conference Center

The Frontier Conference Center is selected as the CGSC Foundation Corporate Partner for July 2018.

“The Frontier Conference Center on Fort Leavenworth is a valued resource that provides courteous and professional service no matter if you are planning an event for 5 or 500,” said Ann Soby, Foundation director of operations. “Kim Resare, the FCC manager, is wonderful to work with. I have worked with her for quite a few years and she always finds a way to accommodate her client’s needs with professionalism and more importantly a smile!”

The Foundation has used the FCC to host numerous events including the annual ethics symposium for the College, board meetings, holiday gatherings, VIP visits and much more.

“We’ve always been able to count on the FCC to make our events special,” said Soby. “Chef Marc George uses his culinary talents to create delicious meals specific to what you want and not just ‘what’s on the menu.’ The entire Frontier Conference Center Staff is efficient, reliable and knows the meaning of customer service!”

Originally built in the 1940s as an officers club, the Frontier Conference Center averages about 600 events per year that bring about 600,000 people to the facility. Nestled in the middle of the golf course on Fort Leavenworth, the 50,000-square-foot building can accommodate groups of up to 500 people. The facility went through a major renovation in 2011 and now boasts state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment and WiFi capabilities and offers dining rooms, a large ballroom, numerous meeting rooms, a solarium and a lounge.
