TBT: CGSC Foundation Trustee Benny Lee plays his clarinet at one of many receptions he has hosted for the Foundation. Lee is noted for his entrepreneurial success, community leadership, and philanthropy, and was recognized as “Kansas City Philanthropist of the Year” in 2014. Recently the CGSC Foundation recognized Lee’s efforts by naming him their “Person of the Month.”
The CGSC Foundation Board of Trustees conducted their annual meeting March 24-25, 2015, at the Lewis and Clark Center and the Frontier Conference Center on Fort Leavenworth, Kan.
On March 14, many of the Foundation board members spent the afternoon at Fort Leavenworth’s Kinder Range for an “Antique Weapons Shoot” hosted by the CGSC Department of Military History, Fort Leavenworth Frontier Army Museum and the CGSC Foundation.
